You may cancel your service by calling LifeStation at (800) 998-2400. Cancellation will not be processed until all system equipment and accessories are returned to LifeStation, unless you have purchased your system. Information on the return process will be provided by our Customer Service team.
LifeStation offers a full refund if you cancel for any reason within your thirty (30) day introductory period, which begins on the date of payment for your medical alert service. This refund is only available if all equipment and accessories are returned and received by LifeStation within this time period. After this introductory period, you may be eligible for a refund on unused portions of your service plan in certain cases, less any promotional discounts received.
